Among these thunderous V8's, the iconic L71 (427 ci, 435 hp) is the engine that keeps gearheads awake at night. The right combination of square port heads with huge valves, a solid lifter cam, and three Holley carburetors made these engines the kings of the street. This beautiful Le Mans Blue 1969 Corvette Stingray convertible is a fine example of a true L71 (TO828LR, 19S702269, BCN 3955270) and marks the final year that the engine was available. This stunner is sporting a host of additional features and options including a 4-speed close-ratio manual transmission (M21), Positraction axle with 4.11 ratio, Soft-Ray tinted glass (AO1), power 4-wheel disc brakes (J50), transistorized ignition system (K66), power steering (N40), front fender louver trim (TJ2), alarm system (UA6), speed warning indicator (U15), and the AM/FM pushbutton radio (U69).
