We will start off with the exterior of this Suburban. We can see that the body is very nice on this truck and that all the lines flow beautifully from front to back. It's showcased in the two-tone black and silver color scheme that's got a beautiful finish. It's accented by the red and silver stripe that run all the way around. Up front we can see that the bumper is great condition and that the grill is equally nice along with the headlight buckets. Around the back the rear bumper has some small blemishes but is very nice for its' age. All the glass in this '88 is in great condition along with the seals and weather stripping. The side glass goes up and down as it should, and all has a great fit. We can see this Suburban comes with the lower body molding along with having running boards. To finish off the stance, it's sitting on the stock wheels with beauty rings and centers while sporting a set of Michelin tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this '88. On the inside it looks to be mostly stock and well cared for. It comes with Power Windows and Power Door Locks. The door panels are all very nice for their age. This Suburban does feature the front buckets along with having third row seating. The front buckets show some signs of aging but do have full size covers on them. Both the middle and third row bench seats are in great condition. The headliner and carpet is all very nice and this truck came with rear air option. Looking at the dash you'll notice its very nice but does have some cracking from the age and sun. All the gauges are in great condition and are working as they should. It does come with tilt wheel while sporting the factory styled steering wheel.
Finally, we will get to the driveline of this GMC. Under the hood we can see that it has a stock look and feel. Everything is in great condition from the inner fenders to the firewall. We can see that it still has the factory jack and instructions. The power comes from the 5.7L 350 V8 engine that's set up with the factory intake and valve covers. This truck does come with Power Steering and Power Brakes and came factory equipped with Air Conditioning. It has disc brakes on the front and drums out back. The 350 V8 mated to the 700R Automatic Trans that runs through the transfer case for the Four-Wheel Drive Option. For exhaust it has manifolds with single pipe and muffler. When you look under it you are sure to be impressed as all the original floors look to be rock solid along with the frame. It shows no signs of accidents or damage as verified by the CarFax.
