Description:
This 1993 Mazda RX-7 Touring is finished in Vintage Red over tan leather and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 1.3-liter Wankel rotary engine linked to a retrofitted five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Features include the Touring Package, as well as a catless downpipe, KYB dampers, antilock disc brakes, 16 alloy wheels, pop-up headlights, a sunroof, a rear spoiler, air conditioning, power windows, and an Alpine stereo with Bluetooth connectivity paired with a Bose Acoustic Wave sound system.
Interior:
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, as well as a 180-mph speedometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The bolstered bucket seats are trimmed in tan leather. Appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, aluminum clutch and brake pedals, and a Bluetooth-capable Alpine stereo paired with a Bose Acoustic Wave sound system.
Exterior:
Silver-finished 16 five-spoke wheels are mounted with Doral SDL 50A tires. The suspension features KYB dampers, and antilock braking is provided by four-wheel discs with four-piston front calipers. The car was refinished under previous ownership in Vintage Red. Exterior details include fog lights, pop-up headlights, vented fenders, power-adjustable side mirrors, a power sunroof, a rear window wiper, a power-retractable antenna, a rear spoiler, and polished twin exhaust outlets.
Drivetrain:
The 1.3-liter Wankel rotary was factory rated at 255 horsepower and 217 lb-ft of torque and features sequential twin turbochargers and an aftermarket catless downpipe. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a retrofitted five-speed manual transmission that was installed in January 2023, as well as a Torsen limited-slip differential.
