This 1962 Chevrolet Nova is a sharp early Chevy II that combines classic styling with a healthy dose of V8 performance. Finished in bright red over a black interior, the car has a clean, purposeful appearance accented by polished wheels, chrome trim, and a wood-rim steering wheel. Inside, black bucket seats, a floor-mounted shifter, and additional under-dash gauges give the cabin a period hot-rod feel.
Under the hood sits a built 350ci V8 roller motor equipped with an Edelbrock high-rise aluminum intake and Holley 650 CFM carburetor. Power is sent through a Muncie M22 ""Rock Crusher"" 4-speed manual transmission, making this lightweight Nova a particularly engaging car to drive. A 3.76 rear gear provides a strong balance between acceleration and street usability, while a Moser rear setup with CalTracs helps put the power to the pavement.
