The 1947 Willys Jeep CJ-2A stands as a rugged icon of post-war American utility and adventure. Born in an era when simplicity met function, this open-cockpit classic invites you to experience the pure thrill of the road. Its vibrant black paint gleams with a near-flawless 9/10 finish, capturing the essence of timeless style. With only 71 miles since a comprehensive restoration completed in 2016, this Jeep delivers a rare combination of vintage authenticity and fresh mechanical life that demands your attention.
Step inside the minimalist vinyl bucket seats, where the tactile feel of durable materials meets straightforward design. The floor shifter and classic steering wheel offer a hands-on connection to the driving experience, wrapped in an open-air cockpit that emphasizes freedom and simplicity. This cabin is a true throwback, embodying the spirit of an era when driving was about raw connection rather than excess.
Under the hood, the 134ci flathead four-cylinder engine commands attention with its distinctive rumble, paired perfectly to a three-speed manual transmission. The drivetrain's mechanical purity, combined with factory-style suspension and four-wheel drive, delivers an engaging and visceral driving experience. Each gear change and throttle response connects you directly to the terrain, embodying the rugged capability that made the Willys Jeep legendary.
