This 2010 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS is a one-owner coupe showing 25,000 miles, finished in black over black leather-appointed seating and accompanied by its original window sticker. 2010 marked the return of the Camaro after the fourth-generation car ended production in 2002, and the fifth-generation SS brought the 6.2L V8 back to the nameplate. This particular example was assembled in Oshawa, Ontario and originally delivered to Cramer Motors in North East, Pennsylvania, the same town NFI Empire operates from today.
Power comes from the 6.2L L99 V8, the SFI-fed version of the engine specified with the 6-speed automatic and rated at 400 horsepower. Output runs through a limited-slip differential, and the car left the factory with the SS performance suspension, variable-ratio power steering, and dual exhaust with polished stainless tips. The 6-speed automatic was a $1,185 option, and remote vehicle start was optioned alongside it.
The SS chassis package includes Brembo four-wheel disc brakes with ABS and StabiliTrak traction and stability control. This car also carries the RS package, which brings 20x8 front and 20x9 rear flangeless painted aluminum wheels in a midnight silver finish, high-intensity discharge headlamps with halo rings, RS-specific tail lamps, and body-color roof ditch molding. The white stripe package was ordered as well, along with the rear spoiler and ultrasonic rear park assist.
Inside, the 2SS specification covers leather-appointed sport buckets with heated fronts, a 6-way power driver's seat, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with cruise and redundant audio controls, a leather-wrapped shift knob, and the four-pack auxiliary gauge cluster ahead of the shifter. Audio is the Boston Acoustics 9-speaker system with CD, USB and auxiliary input, XM capability, and Bluetooth phone integration. Also present are the driver information center, auto-dimming rearview and driver's outside mirror, heated outside mirrors, universal home remote, cargo convenience net, and a folding rear seat with trunk pass-through.
With a single owner, low mileage, the original documentation, and the RS and stripe packages on a 2SS automatic, this is a well-optioned first-year fifth-generation Camaro that has not been used up.
