1965 GMC C/10 Resto Mod. Fantastic truck with killer good looks. Semi-gloss metallic Charcoal grey in and out with flat black accents on the grill, bumpers and trim. If youre looking for a truck that looks good without having to deal with glossy paint, this one is for you! We think a set of flat black wheels would really set it apart. Complete frame off build with Porterbuilt air ride system with remote controller under the seat and air gauges below the dash. The rear box was tubbed to fit up to 18 wide wheels. All converted to 5-lug with 4-wheel disc brakes. Tucked front and rear bumpers with shaved bumper bolts. Rear roll pan with frenched license plate and hidden hitch. Custom tailgate. The cab fuel tank has been deleted and relocated to between the frame rails and theres now a new filler hidden behind a taillight! Under the hood is a 454 bored .30 over and stroked to 4.25 to make it a 489. Topped with a Holley 770 cfm carb and electric fuel pump. Behind that is a 700R4 automatic. Out back is a 3.73 posi 12-bolt rear axle. Easy driving with power steering and 4-wheel power disc brakes. Full custom Bluetooth stereo with dual 10 subs behind the front seat, and 2-way kick panel speakers. The interior bench is very comfortable, and the floor shifter is very satisfying. All new Equus gauges set into a brushed aluminum bezel are very custom and good looking. Inside and out the truck is very tastefully done and very much in line with current hot rod trends. The truck shows 2000 kms since it was built. Not a lot, but enough to work out all the bugs and small details after being put back together. The underside is just as clean and well done as the top. Seriously one of the coolest trucks weve had here.
