</strong><strong>We just got in this 1974 Plymouth Barracuda 'Project Car that unfortunately for us, will have to be put on the Back- Burner for now since our restoration shop is just too busy with other builds. With that being said, and in the meanwhile, we are offering it For Sale AS-IS Purchased from a long-time owner (45 years) this numbers matching Barracuda is all there! It runs and drives pretty well and is in decent overall mechanical condition which makes this project car at least in our world a relatively quick and easy restoration. CHECK IT OUT!!
The body is pretty solid and clean with decent floors, but the trunk is rusted and needs replacing. The Bright Red paint is old and weak and most of the chrome and trim are in decent condition and can probably be saved if so desired.
The factory bucket seat with console interior is pretty rough and in need of replacing but again, it is all there!
Power comes from its original 318 c.i. engine that we were told was rebuilt some time ago. It does run and sound pretty well! It has a good sounding cam with a 4bbl intake and carb as well as headers. It is backed up by a good shifting 904 automatic transmission and original rear.
Other features include power steering, power brakes, dual exhaust, original rally wheels and more!!
This is really a pretty decent car going in which makes for a really nice car coming out! The body is pretty nice so that makes for a quick and easy restoration, and the rest is all there so you won't have to chase any parts. Believe me this all this makes for a great car to restore!! Barracudas are very desirable and collectable, so it is definitely one to restore!! DON'T MISS IT!!
