Under the scooped hood is the original (and optional) 300 hp, 351 Cleveland M-Code V8 that sends the power to the rear end via the SelectShift Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. Power steering and upgraded suspension components along with Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes round out the Mach 1's impressive hardware.
