1971 Dodge Demon. Very nice car in a color not seen to often! Incredible restoration with some very tasteful upgrades. Running the Fender Tag, original equipment and options include 318-2bbl V8 with a 3-speed automatic, GF3 Medium Green metallic, along with GF7 Dark green metallic door frames, M1F7 trim d©cor group (Medium trim level, cloth/vinyl bench in dark green metallic), USA specifications, Deluxe Seat Belts, AM Radio and a build date of June 24 th . All in all, it was a pretty basic car, but the Tag and Vin confirm its a true LL29 Low price field 2-dr sports hardtop Demon! The extensive restoration of the car has included some very nice upgrades. The paint is all correct, but now theres side stripes, correct hood scoops for a 71 Demon and a black hood treatment with stripes. Hood Pins and fender mounted signal indicators were added along with a lower chin spoiler. The car is wearing dual chromed sport mirrors, a rear spoiler and rear tail pan stripe, all matching in mat black. The biggest change is easily the upgrade to a date code correct 340 with 4-bbl carb, still mated to the automatic transmission. Power brakes have been added, along with power steering and the engine bay is absolutely spotless and very well done. Mopar Performance valve covers are now atop the engine. When the car arrived at our shop, the engine was in need of paint, so all the accessories were removed, and it was properly repainted in factory correct orange. Opening the hood, is now a real treat. Theres now dual exhaust with the correct chrome tips for a Demon out back now too. 17 Black Torque Thrust wheels with polished lip are in place of factory units and suit the car well. Plenty of changes on the interior. From factory it was dark green, but its now been given the black out treatment, and a console with correct buckets has been sourced. Door panels, headliner, upholstery and dash are all black now and done well. An Mopar wheel was been added along with a aftermarket stereo. The trunk is no longer body color, but is finished in black and still has the spare tire and jack, along with a new trunk carpet. A trunk light also added in. The car looks just as nice on the bottom as it does on the top. The Demon runs fantastic, and is very nice to drive, especially with power brakes and power steering. Everything added to the car is Dodge correct stuff, and its very possible a Demon somewhere out there could have been ordered with all these things. Car shows 94,000 miles, but with an engine swap and 5-digit odometer, true milage is unknown.
