1981 Caterpillar 953 Crawler Loader This 1981 Caterpillar 953 Crawler Loader is a solid, recently rebuilt machine with a lot of fresh work already done. The engine has approximately 10 hours on it since being rebuilt, featuring a new head and block from ConEquip, along with a new oil pump, water pump, injectors, fan belts, starter, and engine oil cooler. The injection pump was also sent out, inspected, and resealed. The undercarriage is estimated to be 7580and while the hour meter reads 6,158, it is not currently working, so true frame hours are unknown. Loader arm pins and bushings are tight, the transmission performs as it should, and all lights and the front windshield wiper are in working order. The heater functions wellno A/C. Overall, its a decent, dependable machine. Selling only because the owner sold the farm where it was intended for pond work, which was never completed.
