CONDITION This 1966 Mercedes-Benz 230 S presents as a solid and complete example of a classic W111 "Heckflosse" sedan. The car runs, drives, and is periodically exercised to keep it in mechanical order. It retains a very good exterior appearance, with excellent chrome, quarter panels, hood, and trunk. The cream paint still shows well, and the brown interior remains in excellent condition, with a well-preserved dash, seats, and door panels. Mechanically, the vehicle would benefit from service-specifically a carburetor rebuild, hose replacement, and repair of one leaking brake line. The floor pan will require rebuilding, as the seatbelt mounting point has pulled through the floor.
