1925 Pierce Arrow Opera Coupe, a Series 80 three-passenger car with a distinctive design and historical significance. Two tone gray paint. Though the paint and upholstery show expected wear due to the car's age, the overall condition is remarkable for a vehicle nearing 100 years old. The engine is a 4.7L inline six-cylinder with a manual three-speed transmission. There is a fuel shutoff valve under the hood, turn counter clockwise to turn fuel on. Next, flick the ignition switch lever to the left, and push the start button on the floor. Note, before starting the carb float may stick, and the ignition switch can be touchy. Aftermarket column mounted blinker system is functional, along with vacuum-operated windshield wipers. Gauges showing good oil pressure and charging voltage. On the road showcases the car's smooth ride, quiet operation, and simple controls, such as the large wooden steering wheel and manual transmission with smooth shifts. A great feel on the road that could be described as confident and sturdy. Comes with vintage tools, jack, and lugwrench kept in the trunk space, and a full size rear mounted spare.
