This is one of five vintage race cars that were obtained for the sole purpose of putting on display at a museum that is being constructed in Kansas City, Mo. Each one of these vehicles can be viewed here on our website. All five of these cars are built on fiberglass bodies and were constructed by professional racers and car builders. Any one of them would make for great display pieces for any enthusiast or collector.
The bodywork and tire/wheel combination would indicate this is the newest car in this collection, however, the chassis appears much older - friction shocks and leaf spring front suspension is very old, yet it has disc brakes. Also a Chevy II. Likely home built, maybe more for display than for racing.
