This is one of five vintage race cars that were obtained for the sole purpose of putting on display at a museum that is being constructed in Kansas City, Mo. Each one of these vehicles can be viewed here on our website. All five of these cars are built on fiberglass bodies and were constructed by professional racers and car builders. Any one of them would make for great display pieces for any enthusiast or collector.

This car is the nicest of the bunch. It is powered by a Ford flathead V8 with a dual quad setup. The only info we could find on Jim Croft referenced his reputation as a skilled restorer of muscle cars. my guess is that he restored the car to his liking, and used it for show purposes only. No racing history I can find given the clues available. The Ford Flathead and leaf spring/Friction shocks and front hubs all point to pre-WWll.
