1978 PONTIAC TRANS AM - SOLD!

SOLD! For sale is my Beautiful 1978 Pontiac Trans Am. It is restored back to its original condition with the black exterior and carmine red interior. It has all of its original drivetrain. Rebuilt 6.6L 400CI V8 Engine with Rochester carb that is numbers matching. It runs excellent and has a lot of power. PHS document included in pictures listing the options it was ordered with. Odometer reads 96,xxx miles, this is unknown if this is the actual mileage. Air conditioning blows ice cold with the R-134 modern conversion. It has a mild cam this car sounds awesome with the dual exhaust system (video does no justice.) The numbers matching Automatic Transmission shifts great through all gears and it cruises down the freeway very nicely. This car drives very nice, steering is straight and it handles the road great. It has power steering and power disc brakes which makes for a fun drive. Everyone can drive this car and have fun. This car draws a crowd everywhere it goes, so many pictures and thumbs up always. The paint was redone by my father and I in the beautiful black paint 3 years ago. The paint has 3 coats of clear coat and was wet sanded and buffed out perfect. The body is rock solid and also laser straight and nice. It has the gold hood bird and all of the Trans Am decals installed to factory specs according to the factory assembly manual we used during the restoration. The body lines are all tight and doors shut with ease (no sagging.) The front glass and door glass was replaced and rear glass is original and nice. T Tops are the C&C style which work well and look great weather they are in or out for cruising. I’m unsure if the tops leak as I have not driven it in the rain, but the seals are visually in good shape. The snowflake wheels are beautifully restored with white letter BF Goodrich tires new when restoration was completed about 6,000 miles ago. New brake and suspension components were replaced during restoration. Please view all pictures and video on this car. The interior is also nice and comfortable for being original. Carpet is new, headliner is new, dash is in great shape with only small blemishes, nothing major. Everything works as it should, all lights work great, horn, wipers, etc. It has factory tachometer and a new stereo system with all the toys that sounds great. The engine compartment is ready for shows, nicely detailed when car was redone and freshened up with each wash. The trunk is solid and nice with factory spare tire and jack not pictured, but will go with the purchase. The underside is very solid and nice. You can’t take this car anywhere without it getting attention. This car is a great investment you can enjoy and have a lot of fun. It will keep sky rocketing in value. Has a clean / clear title.
