SORRY, THIS 1951 Nash Ambassador 4 door. HAS JUST BEEN SOLD! (We've Been Told These Nash Cars Are A Favorite of Jay Leno ) We are selling this car for a REALLY LOW PRICE OF ONLY $8,500. If you are looking for a Good Original Survivor Car, HERE'S THE ONE FOR YOU. This Baby has Patina. We Need Room In The Museum For New Inventory. This is an original car that sat in the family's garage in Mitchell South Dakota for many decades. The Nash has been in our museum since we bought it in the early 2000's. The engine was rebuilt, and this car runs excellent. The odometer shows only 13,252 miles. The guy we got this car from said it is actual, but we can not, and will not certify the mileage. The automatic transmission was flushed, all new gaskets, etc. and works great. Brakes have been redone, gas tank professionally cleaned, and radiator has been flushed. This Nash runs and drives nice. The body is totally original, and straight. There is some rust out in the left inner rocker panel, but would be pretty easy to fix. The rest of the body is clean. Has nice chrome/stainless trim, except for the piece on the passenger's side front fender. It looks like a cast metal, Might buff out. Nice straight bumpers, good glass, and a nice grille. The paint is fair, has some spots that need to be fixed. The interior is original and complete, except for the radio. Beautiful chrome on the dash. They sure don't make anything like this anymore. Look at the original, perfect steering wheel. The seats, and headline do need to be redone, but they could be used just like they are. Nash cars in those years had a really neat fold down front seat, so you could sleep on the front and rear seats. (A father's nightmare, back in the day, when the young man showed up with a Nash to take his daughter on a date.) This is a very unique car, that would be the only one on your street.
