The exterior has been refinished in Cordova Brown, while the interior has been converted from tan to black. The frame was sandblasted during restoration, and the cab was taken down to bare metal before refinishing. The body is solid with no rust reported. The suspension, braking system, and cooling system have been updated with numerous new components. The truck runs and drives, idles steadily, and maintains temperature with the upgraded cooling system. The gauges were functional but are currently not working.
